Steve Madden EU aims to ensure that https://www.stevemadden.nl is accessible, functional, and compliant for everyone. We work toward conformance with the World Wide Web Consortium’s Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2 at Levels A and AA (“WCAG 2.2”).

Accessibility Evaluation & Remediation

With TestParty's website accessibility checker and remediation tools, we identify and correct barriers affecting usability and compliance. Our process includes:

  • Automated and manual WCAG audits
  • Remediation within development sprints
  • Continuous monitoring and compliance tracking

To assist in achieving the aforementioned accessibility goals with respect to our website, we are committed to working towards complying with all applicable standards through designing, developing, and operating our websites in substantial conformance with generally-recognised and accepted guidelines and/or standards for website accessibility (the “Standards”). While these Standards may change and/or evolve over time, they are currently the WCAG 2.2.

We regularly evaluate our website using automated accessibility assessment tools and make recommended adjustments in a timely manner. Our website developers have also received instructions related to web accessibility and universal design strategies.

Third-Party Integrations

Our website may include content from external sources such as videos, maps, or customer support chat plugins.  While TestParty cannot guarantee accessibility for these external elements, Steve Madden EU works with TestParty to engage providers to advance the Standards.
